How can I manage my domains?
Evolve Hosting has a full access account area available to you after an account has been created and you have atleast 1 domain registered with us. You'll be able to login at any time, from anywhere and manage renewals, Whois information, privacy protection, DNS settings and more! Of course, if you get stuck, we're a quick support ticket away.
Do you provide support for my domains?
Absolutely! Support is available through our ticketing system (not over live chat or phone). All support tickets are replied to within minutes so that we can begin investigating any issue you're experiencing. Feel free to have a look at our knowledgebase or submit a ticket by logging into your Evolve account and go to the 'Open a Ticket' link.
How many domains can I have registered?
As many as you'd like! As long as each domain is renewed on time, there is no limit. We want you to be able to save money and time so you can also transfer domains that you already own to Evolve Hosting.
How long can a domain be registered for?
A domain can be registered for up to 10 years. You may register for 1 - 10 years and although the price is the same for each year, sometimes domain registries change price over time so it's better to register for longer periods of time to guarantee the lowest prices.

Domain Transfer FAQ

Can I transfer domains I already own?
Yes! We accept domain transfers from every domain registrar, so long as the domain is not currently expired. We support every major TLD (.com, org, .co, etc). There are three ways to transfer your domains to us:
1. You can register on our website at any time using this link: Domain Transfer Link
2. Open a live chat and we'll be happy to assist you in placing an order online.
3. Give our sales department a call at +1 303-900-5050
Is there any downtime during a domain transfer?
There is no downtime ever. Any website(s) connected to your domain(s) will not go down at all during this period. It is important to note that during the transfer, you will not be able to make DNS changes or updates to the Whois contact information. This should be done before the transfer begins or after the transfer has been completed.
How long does it take to transfer a domain?
Depending on who your current domain registrar is, the transfer can be completed within minutes or it can take up to 7 days. When you are ready to place your order, we can better answer this question if you'd like us to.
How many domains can I transfer?
There are no limits to the number of domains you can transfer to Evolve Hosting. We suggest having all of your domains registered and managed through a single provider to make it easier to manage logins and support related concerns.
How much does it cost to renew after the transfer?
Renewal pricing varies based on the TLD (.com, .org, .co, etc) that you are renewing. Evolve Hosting does not price gouge so renewal fees are only a couple of more dollars per year vs. the transfer fee.
Can you help if I do not know how to access my domain?
Yes! We are more than happy to help you gain access and control to any of your domain names. Unfortunately, companies do go out of business or take days to respond to simple inquiries. We have helped many customers recover their domains after they thought that they were out of luck and had lost control of domains they already owned.
