When did Evolve Hosting begin operating?
Can Evolve Hosting help transfer all of my services?
Domain names (as long as they are not expired), web hosting accounts (we have to have valid login credentials to your control panel), Google Workspace / G Suite Licenses, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange Online Licenses
We are able to transfer any of the above services, from any other provider.
What Money Back Guarantee is offered?
Our money back guarantee varies depending on the service. They are as follows:
Domain Registration - Non refundable
Domain Transfer - Non refundable unless the transfer to us fails
Web Hosting - Every new customer is entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee along as our Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy have not been violated. A new customer is defined as one who does not have any other active services with us, now or at any time in the past.
Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online - 30 days from the initial purchase date. If you add more licenses later on, they are not eligible for a refund.
Google Workspace - 30 days from the initial purchase date. If you add more licenses later on, they are not eligible for a refund.
Sectigo SSL - 30 days for new purchases
Astra Security - 30 days unless you have already used the malware removal portion of the service
Renewal of any service is not eligible for a refund. Services MUST be cancelled before they renew if you do not wish to use them any longer. Click Here to see how to cancel services.
Where are your servers located?
Our Shared Hosting servers are based out of Atlanta, GA USA at the moment. As we grow, we'll add more locations
If you want to order a VPS, you can choose from Atlanta, GA USA, Seattle, WA USA or Amsterdam Netherlands
