Moving Services to Another Evolve Web Hosting Account
There are times where an individual sells their website or a business owner sells their company. When this happens, the current owner must properly transfer their services to the new owner. Please take a few moments to follow the steps outlined here:
You, as the current owner of the service(s) (hosting plan, SSL certificate, etc) you need to complete the following steps:
- You MUST contact our Billing Department to notify us that you want to transfer your service(s) to another Evolve Web Hosting customer’s account. Please open a ticket through the Evolve portal for our Billing Department
Please list the specific service(s) you wish to transfer along with the name and email address of the Evolve Web Hosting account owner they are being moved to.
As the new owner of the service(s) (hosting plan, SSL certificate, etc), there are a couple of quick steps to take:
Please call us at +1 303-900-5050 to setup a new account
Check your Evolve Web Hosting account after receiving confirmation that the service(s) have been moved to ensure it was done properly
Once these steps are completed by both parties, we will move the requested service(s) to the new owners Evolve Web Hosting account where they have full access and can obtain support when needed and renew the service(s) properly.
