Service Renewal FAQ
Services with Evolve Web Hosting can be automatically renewed if you have a valid credit card or Bank Account on file. If you would like to check and make sure, please login to your Account. While you’re logged in, make sure all of your contact information is up to date so that you receive correspondence from us and your Bank Account or credit card can be properly billed.
All invoices are generated 7 days prior to the due date and they can be automatically paid 2 days before the due date by enabling Auto Debit or by logging in and manually paying your invoice(s).
Any services unpaid for by the due date will be automatically suspended and they will not become active again until the invoice has been paid for.
Please note, any domains not renewed before the due date will be automatically cancelled (there is no suspension option).
