Renew Your Domain Names
Keeping your domains renewed is easy when they are registered with Evolve Web Hosting. If you have other domains registered with other providers, make sure you take a look at our Domain Transfers
Most doamin names can be renewed for up to 9 years at a time.
Domains will automatically renew under the following conditions:

You have auto renew turned on for each of your domain(s)

You have a valid payment method on file (Bank Account or Debit / Credit Card)

Your Billing Address is correct in our system
Our system will generate an invoice for the same term that you last renewed for which is often 1 year. See below to manually renew for up to 9 years.

To renew manually, start by logging into our portal at https://core.evolvewebhost.com/login
Use the Account menu and go to Domains > Renew Domains.
You will see all of your domains that you have registered with us.
Choose the term you want to renew each domain for and then click Add to Cart for each domain. You can renew a select few or all of your domains, at any time, for up to 9 years.
Click View Cart to proceed and review your renewal order
Click Checkout and make sure you successfully submit payment (you will see the confirmation on screen and receive email confirmation)
All domain renewals will be processed immediately and are non refundable.

We are required by ICANN to send you an email reminder 60 and 30 days before your domain expires. It is important to make sure your Whois contact information is up to date so that you receive these emails.
During the domain expiration process, you have up to 30 days to renew your domain after the initial expiration date. The domain will be suspended within these first 30 days until renewed.
After day 30, your domain goes into redemption for an additional 30 days. During this period, there is an additional redemption fee that is due in addition to your regular renewal rate. The amount varies per TLD.
