Can I use Shared Hosting For My Wordpress Websites?
Yes! Wordpress runs extremely well on our Shared servers. Take advantage of the cPanel Wordpress Manager tool and enjoy fast load times and great uptime.
Can I use Shared Hosting for an Ecommerce Website?
Yes! For newer or smaller Ecommerce websites (roughly 200 products or less), Shared Hosting will work very well. If you signup for Shared Hosting and find that it is not enough, we can certainly help you find the right VPS and help you migrate over.
How do I Transfer From Another Hosting Provider to Evolve Hosting?
We're excited to have you transfer your hosting account to us and we cherish your trust in our company. We're more than happy to transfer your current cPanel accoount to our servers for no additional charge. After you've signed up, we'll schedule a time that works best for you.
How do I Get Support From Evolve Hosting and How Long Does it Take?
All support tickets are replied to within minutes so that we can begin investigating any issue you're experiencing. Feel free to have a look at our knowledgebase or submit a ticket by logging into your Evolve account and go to the 'Open a Ticket' link. We are unable to provide technical support over the phone or over live chat.
Does cPanel cost extra?
No! The prices you see listed above all included cPanel control panel. We are aware that other hosting providers are charging a premium to use cPanel, not us.
Does Evolve Hosting Offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Every new customer is eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee, so long as our AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy) and TOS (Terms of Services) have not been violated. All requests must be made to our Billing / Sales Department before 30 days. Your original payment method will be refunded and your data will be deleted from our servers.

  • Best effort support for 3rd party applications that do not impact the operability of the underlying control panel or operating system. Remote desktop environments are not supported

How do Data Backups Work?
Each customer is responsible for creating their own backups. We do create a snapshot backup of the server that we can use for disaster recovery. If you have a backup and need it restored, there is no charge. If you need to use one of our off site backups for disaster recovery, there is a $20 charge.
What Types of Website Security Are Available?
Evolve Hosting is proud to partner with two highly respected names in the security sector. For SSL, we offer Sectigo certificates. For Malware scanning and cleanup along with a powerful firewall, we offer Astra which installs on most websites by uploading a plugin.
How do Upgrade / Downgrade Options Work?
Upgrade or downgrade when needed, with no downtime. If you do upgrade, you will be unable to downgrade until the next billing period or 30 days (if you have paid annually).
Do You Offer LiteSpeed?
Yes! LiteSpeed Webserver and LiteSpeed cache are both available on any VPS. Reach out to our Sales team and we'll be more than happy to get you setup.
