You've decided you are ready to transfer hosting providers. Now what? You need your data transferred from your current hosting provider and we're here to handle that for no charge! Let our team safely backup your data and move it to our servers. We take the time to make sure everything is configured and running properly once everything is moved.

How to Begin

Requesting a Transfer

If you have not placed an order yet, there is an option during checkout to indicate that you would like us to move your data.

If you have already placed an order, please open a support ticket for Technical Support and we'll coordinate the transfer with you right away.

What Control Panels We Can Transfer For You

Our team will move all hosting accounts currently using cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin. If you currently have cPanel, there is no learning curve and your passwords remain the same.

All files are transferred over and inspected for malware prior to loading them onto our servers.

All Databases, passwords and data included within them are copied over during the transfer.

All emails and email accounts attached to your hosting account will be transferred over. If you are using Gmail, Outlook or any other 3rd party email service, we will alter the DNS settings to point to these services.

Additional Data

Any additional settings found in your control panel including cron jobs, email forwarders, softaculous scripts, spam rules, etc will all be transferred. If you have any specific questions, let us know.

If you have already placed an order and need to arrange for us to transfer your data, please Submit a Support Ticket for Technical Support and include your username and password to your current hosting account. Our tech support will make a full backup of your account and safely transfer it over to our server.

You may also go ahead and create a cPanel backup for us and then provide us with the link to download the backup file. This is an alternative option if you do not wish to provide us with a username and password to your current hosting account. Details on how to create a full cPanel backup can be found here:
