Can't find an answer to your issue? Open a support ticket for a quick reply from our support team.

A few tips to help expedite your Support Ticket

  • Include the domain name that relates to the issue you're experiencing
  • If there is an error message that you're seeing, please include it in your ticket
  • Any steps that you can provide for us to re trace / reproduce your issue are greatly appreciated
  • If the issue relates to your hosting account such as a page not loading or an error when you visit your website, please include the Control Panel Username (not your email address) when submitting your ticket.
  • If you have a VPS (Virtual Private Server), please include the server IP address. This can be found in your welcome email or under the Services section of your account.
  • If this is about Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, there's a good chance we'll need the Google or Microsoft Admin credentials. If you have them, please include them in the 'Additional Login Credentials' field when you open a ticket.
  • If you need support for Astra Firewall and Malware protection, we are happy to help and/or you can reach out directly to Astra through the Astra dashboard or at getastra.com
