Stripe SEPA Payment Method
Stripe SEPA is available if you are using the EUR currency. If you are currently using another currency and would like to switch to EUR please reach out to our Billing Department so we can make the modification to your account.
- New Customers
- When you place an order, make sure you have the EUR currency selected and add your Direct Debit information so it is securely saved on file and available to process renewals and future purchases.
- Existing Customers
- Once we have updated your account to the EUR currency, you’ll need to add a Direct Debit account on file. This will be used to automatically process your renewals and you can use it when making any additional purchases in the future.
There is a $15 fee for failed or disputed SEPA Direct Debit payments.
